Puerto Rico Triathlon Inc. endeavors to provide you with an event of the best quality for the entries expected and made. If you have to withdraw from the CONTENDER Triathlon event, please read this, our Withdrawal Policy and please note that Withdrawals will only be accepted in writing.
Please also note that race entries are not transferable, either to another event nor another person.
We are pleased to say that withdrawals made before 17:00hrs on 2nd November 2010 will enjoy a refund, less an administration fee of $50. The refund will be credited to the credit card used during the original entry.
Refunds will be issued following the event or as we can in each administration period.
Withdrawals made that is those postmarked / dated after / later than 17:01hrs on November 2nd, will not be refunded.
Please notify Puerto Rico Triathlon Inc. of your withdrawal in writing either by post or email. The date of withdrawal will be that as postmarked on the envelope, or in the email header.
Please note that telephone and verbal messages of withdrawal will not be accepted.
